Sunflower Consulting Group is excited to announce the first BIA (Bureau of Indian Affairs) funded hemp facility in the USA with a Native Tribe. This culminates two years of hard work to bring this project to reality. SCG first presented this new idea to Santa Rosa in 2020. It will be a 32,000 sq ft facility when it is finished. The facility will have 100 crop towers growing high-grade, indoor hemp for pharmaceutical and medical usage. Funding closed in May of 2022 through BIA funding guarantee withPinnacle Bank of Marshalltown, IA. Currently, we are in the design phase of this project with architects and engineers actively finalizing plans. Construction is set to begin in the third quarter of 2022. The facility will be operational first quarter of 2023. SCG is the Project Consultant for the design and build. SCG is also a partner of NativeGro, which has the management contract for 5 years.
