This project is located in beautiful Lake County, California. The Big Valley Market & Fuel project includes a 7,986 square-foot convenience store with a casino and drive thru tobacco lane. It also includes a 3,000 square-foot car and boat wash and a 2,140 square-foot Starbucks, also featuring a drive thru. The fuel project includes 3 – 30,000 underground fuel tanks supporting 20 – 3 type fuel pumps and 4 diesel pumps.
